That is why, as a Senior Citizen myself, I became a certified Senior Personal Fitness Trainer. Due to osteo-arthritis, I have hip and shoulder replacements plus back surgeries. But stretching and exercise permits me to workout in the gym, hike, swim and do water aerobics. So now that you are ready to get serious about your health goals, I am ready to help you set up a safe, effective, acheivable and enjoyable exercise program.

Personalized Fitness Training for Seniors
Lou offers private one-on-one training sessions, as well as group training, that is tailored for seniors 65 years and older of all activity levels—whether you’re active, sedentary, or recovering from a medical condition. With a Senior Fitness Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a CPR AED Certification from the American Heart Association and is insured by NASM. Lou creates exercise plans to avoid crippling or fatal falls, and to improve and maintain your balance, mobility, strength, confidence and independence.
